After several falls during the night, we needed something to make us aware when my MIL was out of bed. We were able to discreetly set this up in her room and it immediately notifies us when her feet hit the floor. We like that it only chimes on the caregiver monitor and not in the room. We added the alert button for her to carry with her. It was very easy to setup and program. It only took about 10 minutes. Great product for the price and peace of mind.

We were exhausted and at our wits end. This has made a huge difference. Now we can get some sleep in between tending to elderly parent. It chimes in varying degrees of loudness and is not annoying to hear. Like a door bell chime. Even when the chime is turned to off position, if the monitor is left on in her room I can hear a clicking sound letting me know mom is trying to get up. She doesn’t use the call button but it works if she would use it. That would be nice especially in the bathroom or other room where she could let us know when she is ready for help. LOVE THIS

Good monitoring system. I prefer this over other monitoring alarms that place mats underneath the shoulder or back and trips false alarms more regularly. This system on the other hand only chimes when it detects a foot leaving the mattress preventing a fall before my mom even sets foot on the ground. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is that the whole system requires over 5 batteries which was not mentioned in the description.

Moved my disabled mom home with me (from a care facility) during covid. Bought the call button & motion sensor along with the ac adapters. We wanted her to be able to summons us during the night. The motion sensor was for back up, in case she attempted to get out of bed into her wheelchair on her own (She’s a major fall risk)

The call button works perfectly. I have the alert box on my nightstand. It wakes me on the lowest sound setting. We have the call button secured to the rail of her hospital bed.

The motion sensor, on the other hand, was a nightmare. So many false alarms all night long until I finally disabled it. We had carefully placed the sensor. I could watch the blink mini camera we installed. There was absolutely no movement that should be causing the motion sensor to alert.

Thankfully my mom hasn’t been attempting to get out of bed on her own. I also discovered the blink camera can be set to alert to motion. I can roll over in bed and check her, viewing her via the blink camera on my echo show, without getting up needlessly.

If I had known, I would have only purchased the call button, not the motion sensor.

I ordered this product and it came without the call button. When I requested a replacement item, I received it without the call button again. Not going to bother. Sending it all back.

This has literally been a life saver for me while caring for my mom who has dementia. She’s in a wheelchair, but at night she would forget that she can’t walk and would try to get out of bed at 1 AM (and 3 AM and 5 AM) trying to go to the bathroom. Instead, she would fall from the bed to the floor. She’s 85 and I was terrified she’d break a hip by the time I would hear her moving and rush to her room to stop her. I became totally sleep deprived. This motion sensor, coupled with a pressure pad on the bed, alerts me with a gentle ding-dong and now I’ve been able to get to Mom before she falls–day or night. I’m also using a baby monitor camera to keep an eye on her while I work at the computer.

I was extremely disappointed to learn that the pager couldn’t pick up the signal from the motion sensor. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to get it to work (they are great) but I had to send it back by physically going inside the post office (during covid). It cost me $19.59 to send it back but amazon reimbursed me. Also, I found it was cheaply made and the pager is too huge (would have been nice to put in a pocket) but wayyy too big for sure.

I bought a “littlelf smart” for half the price instead and just LOVE it … sends notifications to your phone !!

We bought this for my mom that has dementia. We don’t use the mention sensor. Just the call bell portion. We use this in conjunction with a Vtech baby video monitor and it’s the perfect set up. We can now put her safely to bed with this tied to her bed rail knowing she can ring for us if she needs us. We put it around her neck during the day and we are able to enjoy some
Time alone on the back deck for even 5-10 mins knowing she can ring for us if she needs us. It’s a new sense if freedom. I highly recommend this!!!!

OMG, it proved its value within 2 hours. My wife recently had kidney surgery and needs to be monitored 24/7. Waiting on 12V/23A batteries I forgot to order for the push button. But, at night, I set the motion sensor in a position that all she has to do is wave her hand or try to get up. She can roll over, toss, turn, move about, in bed, without setting it off. I can sleep more soundly now.
