8 reviews for Hearing Aids, Hearing Amplifiers for Seniors Hearing Loss, Rechargeable with Volume Control, Noise Cancelling, Charging Case with Extra Long Battery Life

I read good reviews on these hearing aids and I am glad we decide to buy them. These hearing aids have an on/off and a volume button, that’s it. No bluetooth or fancy stuff. Pretty basic but it is what my 90 years of father prefer. He said sound is great. Price was lower that others so in overall a great buy!

I am profoundly deaf in one ear and severely deaf in the other. I may also have a perforated eardrum – need to see an ENT for that soon.

Having said that, I had real hearing aids for a time and they were wonderful. I heard the ocean for the first time in my life. I had no idea it was that loud!! LOL. My daughter’s VOICE!! First time ever – I never knew she cusses in the kitchen when she cooks!!

The difference between these enhancers vs. the hearing aids is that it’s difficult to control the sound level. Volume never comes at us at the same level, so one minute it’s turn it up, the next it’s turn it down. NOT the enhancers’ fault! The volume can be adjusted – as long as we remember UP = volume louder, and down means Volume less.

Another difference is sound quality. Things aren’t as clear as I would like. Sometimes things sound like Charlie Brown’s teacher. I need to turn my head because the microphones are at the back of the head, so if the volume isn’t set just right, noise coming from in front is still muffled & not quite right. Turn up the volume a little. This may be ME, though, like I said, my level of hearing aren’t the same.

The speaker to my computer is to my left, so the sound doesn’t travel through my thick head from left to right, so when I stream my movies while lying down, I turn the volume up on the right, down on the left. No big deal, it is what it is and I can HEAR it!! And others who are walking around in the house, my cat if she meows…no complaints.

Having said all of that, these are so much better than NOTHING. I put them in to hear my daughter speak – she has a soft voice & it’s not fair to her to make her yell at me when she’s not angry 😉 . I HEAR her. I put them on in the car and I can hear my grand kids talking. In the house, I don’t need to rely on my cat to tell me someone is at the door – I can hear the doorbell. I am very grateful!

In social situations these are so helpful, but I must always be on guard as to where the noise (sound) is coming from and who is talking. I still read lips but is that habit or necessity? I’m on alert because with the sound coming from all directions at once without the ability to control it, as you can with real hearing aids, it can be very confusing. I still miss a lot, but far less than I do without them.

I love them for my quieter activities but they’re also very helpful in the social activities too. Not perfect – but it’s better than “Huh?” or “Excuse me?” and having others constantly repeat themselves.

I also love the on-off switch on the back – soooooo much better than guesswork with some of the others I’ve tried. You KNOW that it’s working because there’s a little click that tells you it’s on. I like that. I don’t like the squeal, though, if the thing slips out of the ear canal, but I offset that by checking that it’s in place. I’ll usually test the sound level by making a sound for the occasion and fiddling with the volume until it seems right.

The battery life!! I had real ones from an audiologist as a trial & they quit after about 10 hours. I put these on in the morning and they go all day until I go to bed. So far, I don’t know the actual length of time before the battery dies!! At night, I take them out, put into the case & they recharge. After a couple days, I recharge the case … and no incessant beep telling me the battery is winding down!!

These are sound enhancers, meaning it just makes things louder. It doesn’t equalize or clarify the tones for us. I don’t hear low tones & the high pitches kill me. These won’t change/fix these types of deficits, but If you can’t afford the “real deal” these are a God-send. Volume control is my friend. I can’t just set it & forget it, but compared to the alternative, I’ll take it!

If you understand that the quality isn’t going to be perfect but your quality of life in the noisy world of the hearing can be improved, these are for you. I would highly recommend these for someone until they can get a pair of audiologist-programmed hearing aids..

  3. Happy customer

Recently bought Kullre hearing aid to replace my old expensive ones. This one comes with charger either in the case itself or with an external cable, in both cases connecting to any USB port (just like the mobile phone). It also comes with end adaptors for different ear sizes. Very important you use the right size to avoid any inconvenience. It also includes with a cleaning brush.
Very easy to use. On-Off and switch a volume control.
Small size case making it easy to take when travelling.
As any hearing aid, it is very important to calibrate properly so you feel confortable with it and just go on your day.
I can tell it is a great product for the price you pay. Worth trying.

I bought these for my 84 year old father. He has tried others, but these he loves. Comfortable to wear, work very well. His hearing is terrible and with these aids he can now hear everything and able to carry on a conversation. The price was excellent also.

    I highly recommend this product.

  5. Laurie Cortez

I bought this for my 82 year old father whom has tried others and had to return as they stopped working after using them for a few days. He loves them for the comfort and gave him back that smile because he’s able to hear his wife and family.

  6. Autumn Newton

The volume control is great, you can adjust to your liking. Quality is good, I’ve been using now for about 5 months and they still work great. I’ve been hard of hearing for years so this has helped me a lot. They are comfortable and fits perfectly in the ears. Charger works well. Definitely recommended if you or a loved one are hard of hearing.

This product was used for my grandpa who is hard of hearing. These hearing aids do work and do amplify sound.

The down fall is you can hear everything in an amplified manner too, such as background noise. But if you read the directions, they do say this is normal for the first few weeks and then your ears will adjust.

I am not hard of hearing, so I can’t say for myself if they work, but when I wore them and turned the TV down really low or had my family members speak really low, I could hear them quite loudly.

Please just be careful about not putting them too loud and moving them around too much, this caused a really loud screech and did hurt my ears.

I think this product is good enough to aid hearing if you or a loved one cannot get a prescription for hearing aids or like my grandpa, are unwilling to go to the doctor to get an RX.

  8. Laura Penrod

I bought this for my 93 yr mother. She likes that it amplifies all the sounds. the wire is a little long between the ear piece and the ear piece, but that is just her head. Overall, it works well.
