I bought these to supplement my $7,000 Phonak hearing aids. The standard Behind the Ear design is great if you only need to hear sounds behind you. These are simpler and work well with patience. They are excellent for outside use (like dog walking) as they are non-directional and amplify ALL sounds. The trick is in modifying the sound level, which I am finally mastering. Definitely recommend. Would be good for new hearing aid wearers without having to invest one’s life savings in hearing aids that are not really satisfactory. The recharging device is very convenient and works well.

First impressions are important, and the very first thing I saw when I opened the box made a bad impression. It was a note card written in Pidgin English. Here is the first sentence.
“It is power on delay function, it is OK, power on after 5-6 seconds when we remove from box, that just go to prevent howling happen.”
If you want to sell your products in an English speaking country, then use the language correctly.
USER INTERFACE
It’s hard to believe they could screw up something as simple as a one button interface, but they did. When you short press the button, you hear a Bi-Bi sound. What does it mean? Nothing.
The amplifier has five levels. They assigned the same Bi-Bi sound to all five of them. Apparently, you’re supposed to be able to differentiate between a low volume Bi-Bi and a high volume Bi-Bi so you know what level it is set at. This doesn’t work at all. I can not tell the difference between any of them except for the last (highest) volume setting.
I have another brand of similar hearing amplifiers, and you hear one tone for level one, two for level two, three for level 3, and so on. It is the obvious and most practical way to do it. Why did they use Bi-Bi?
AMPLIFICATION
For some reason, these amplifiers are very peaky which means that they amplify strongly certain frequencies and don’t do much with others. This kind of frequency response absolutely does not work for me. I can be speaking with someone and hear them rustling papers clearly but I cannot understand what they are saying.
Being able to understand people better is, of course, the whole point of purchasing this kind of product. I do not recommend.

The ear buds were received well packaged and arrived one day earlier than stated. But they didn’t contain a definite use warning: they are not for profound hearing loss which can only be diagnosed with a hearing test. Went ahead with request for return – confirmed return by Amazon.

I suppose these would be fine if you have no background noise in your home.
I charged them up and the minute I put them on the only thing I could hear was the roar of the air conditioner that usually runs in my bedroom.
Even when I turned the air off, and adjusted the volume level it seemed that I could hear just the air moving and my own breathing sounded loud in my head.
I have an ankle bone that sometimes clicks and with these things it sounded like a gun shot everytime I took a step.
Flushing the toilet was an experience in sound overload.
And they are extremely noticeable, as they sit in the cup of the ear and stick out.
I will be sending these back.
The only thing I like about them is the volume is adjusted with just a tap on the aid, and there is a beep to let you know you have changed it.
And they are rechargeable so no batteries to constantly buy.
I will be sending this pair back.

I don’ like that you did not include what the hearing aide container does not have, the attachment that allows me to plug it in to an outlet to charge it! Now that I got a way to charge it, and it is fully charged, it turns out to do a terrible job!!!I get almost no hearing increase, mostly just static.
