Perfect solution for live-in caregivers.
How it helped in my situation: I wear hearing aids but not to sleep. I was worried that my elderly father would fall during the night and I would not hear him. This works out so well he wears it day and night. The receiver is by my bed, so no problem hearing it ever. During the day, I can hear it throughout the house with ease.
Of course, he does use it for non-emergency service sometimes when he needs something, which is fine as long as you set boundaries beforehand.
The only downside is that if the electricity goes out, it rings when the power comes back on. I would rather answer a false alarm once in awhile than miss something important, though.
All-in-all, a great product that is easy to use, works like it should, and easy on the wallet.

Works well. Lots of tones to select what works for you. Easy to set up. Button is easy to see and easy to push even with Mom’s arthritic hands.
My mom is allergic to polester, so we attach the bell unit to her side rail by wrapping a scrunchy around the rail, then feeding over top of just the bell unit (detached from the lanyard.) Easy to move from one rail to the other as Mom is repositioned every couple hours. A real winner for the sickroom.

This is a great inexpensive call button for someone who is ill and bed ridden. It is easy to install and use. Loud ring. For 2 story houses it is a must. Cheap and well built.

I gave 5-Stars because this system (3 Transmitters + 3 Receivers) is easy to set up, covers a wide range (3 stories home), and has many available choices of tones. I lived in a 3 story home and recently purchased this system in preparation for my hip surgery so as to be able to call for help from my locations (walker, bed nightstand, bathtub) to my caregiver who can be anywhere in in my home (kitchen, 2nd bath, garage). I set a fairly loud and long tone so that my caregiver can easily hear me calling whether she is cooking with exhaust hood on, or in the garage with the washer/dryer running, or simply talking on her cell phone or simply accidentally has turned her cell phone volume down or off. I highly recommend this product if you or your family member need to call for help from others elsewhere in a multi-story home, and do not have his/her cell phone, volume set to low, or simply shut off. This system is also extremely easy to set up!

My husband is on hospice and needs a great deal of tending. This allows me to do other things (chores mostly) and he can call me when he needs assistance. Very practical and worth buying.

I use this for my son with disabilities (nonverbal with severe intellectual disability). When he’s hooked up to his tube feeding, I want him to use this to call me. He hasn’t quite figured out that’s what it is for but he’ll get it soon. I like how the volume is adjustable and has several tunes to pick from. The button is large and easy to press.
