I like how it has an app included. I bought one of the same brand, but it had a device I had to carry around with me. Since, I usually have my phone with me, I don’t have to keep up with another device. I also like the tunes on this model better.

My fiancé has focal epilepsy, so he can sense a seizure coming on before it affects him, and that gives him time to trigger one of the alarm buttons.
The alarm itself and the app work so great, definitely worth the price. It’s small but VERY loud, and relatively easy to set up. Connecting the alarm to the app can be a bit finicky, but you just have to make sure it’s connected to regular wifi and NOT 5G wifi, because it won’t connect through 5G. User manual is also really clear and concise 🙂 Overall 10/10 would recommend

The media could not be loaded.
I bought this item needing it for a family member in case of emergency. The item worked until I tried to connect it as per the instructions which were very difficult. As soon as I had everything connected and thought it would work that’s when everything didn’t work. It’s useless and it’s trash it’s not worth buying it does not work after you connect it to the internet and connect it to the app. I complained to Amazon and ask them for technical assistance they were not able to help me. They ended up refunding me the total and told me to throw out the device.

Only works with one phone that is linked to the SOS device. It does a good job at that.
But my wife and I both want to get the message from my 92 year old mother in law.
So I have tried linking to Alexa, doesn’t work. Tried IFTT, doesn’t work.
So I guess I will end up buying a subscription which is exactly what I didn’t want to do…….

Brought this item to alert me if my father (who lives alone) is in need of any help or assistance. I must say it works really well. I am able to recieve alerts no matter where I am, this helps give me peace of mind when I’m not around to take care of him

Easy to set up, easy to use. Would prefer a less dramatic tone for phones and speaker. Maybe a door bell or buzzer would be nice

I read all of the reviews and I still decided to give it a try. It worked directly out of the box. Took about five minutes to load app and install on my phone. My Dad (89 years old) loves it. He doesn’t have to try and find my number on his phone. Just push the button when he needs help and I’m there. It works as soon as he pushes the button to receiver and my phone. The receiver can be hear throughout the house. Awesome product. Will definitely help me as I love to work in my yard.
