I think I’ve finally found the right multi for me. It has everything in it that my doctor recommended. I love the higher amount of vitamin B12 as the doctor said I need it. Delivered on time right to my door and its only one tablet a day. I highly recommend for seniors. Thank you!

Stay away if you cannot swallow big pills because these are definitely horse pills.
I have been taking the Rugby multi vite for about a year, but now that I have turned 50, I figured I should give the Senior vitamins a try.
So far no adverse effects and my only complaint is the size of the pill. I wish they would make them smaller like the multi vite and iron supplements they produce.
