First, I was concerned that the box holding the hearing amplifier was not sealed.
Second, the wrong size cord was sent and did not fit the device to charge it. Luckily I had one that fit and used my own charging cord.
After charging for several hours I put the caps on.
As soon as I pressed the button, there was a terrible screeching noise.
I tried the second one. Again, screeching. Very loud. This could cause ear damage.
I may have gotten a defective and returned item, since the charging cord was incorrect. Probably missing from the original owner and they put an incorrect one in the bos.
Totally unacceptable and shame on Amazon.

These are not very small, way to large for my ears! Very uncomfortable and could not stop the whistling and the whooshing sounds. They just didn’t work for me.

Wearing them for a few days, I would like to say that the hearing aid set worked for my grandpa. He can listen to music and watch TV again. The sound quality is nice too. There is no issue at all. The battery life is good too. It can last for the whole day with the charging case. No complains at all.
