I have only had this oximeter a couple of days but I really like it. I have been using one I purchased from a drug store that was recommended, but it was VERY hard to see and read the screen. I searched for one that was easy to read and found this one. It really is EASY to read. The screen is white, the letters are dark blue and you can read it in the dark or in the sunlight. The inside feels bumpy – not sure why – and it doesn’t feel as sturdy as the one it replaced, so I hope it holds up. My husband is visually impaired and he can read this one and also hear it. To get it to speak to you just hold down the button. If you just press the button it will just give you the visual results – it will not speak – to get the speaking voice you got to hold down the button. We can see it so well we really don’t need the voice report, but its kind of fun to hear it. I give it high marks so far. I was looking for one that was easy to see for those of us with bad vision and you can read this one inside or out in the sun. Also it beeps when it has the results. Put it on your finger – push the button – wait for the beep and you have your results. Hold down the button and it will speak the results to you. The voice is not real loud but I have no trouble hearing it. Recommended.

Talks loud enough for a hearing impaired person to hear. Great for visually impaired people. My mom loves it.

Ordered this for mat blind sister.
Received it yesterday and it does not talk as it is suppose to.
According to the return policy it cannot be returned.
What a bad policy. Product is defective on delivery and you get stuck with it.

The unit works well, it is perfect for my mom who has low vision and cannot read the screen. My only complaint is the volume could be higher. Mom also uses an O2 concentrator and it is difficult to hear the unit.

i use it to monitor my pulse and oxigin levels. it has matched with my Doctor’s equipment well and is easy to use. it took a while to learn to use it for the instructions are printed and i am blind, but i went online and found a text of the instructions i could get my computer to use and found them easy to fallow.

Bought this for my gma because she’s blind and needs to be on oxygen all day… but she still feels short of breath sometimes and starts to get anxiety from it so she uses this pulse ox monitor and it makes her feel better when she knows what her oxygen level is. My gma can’t see, barley speaks English and isn’t good with any electronics and she can still use this thing very easily and can understand the numbers clearly.

Love this product. Once I got used to it it was easy to use My only complaint Was that I had to call them And ask them How to make it talk to me . The instructions do not tell you how to make it talk.
