This product is so good for people who need it. The battery lasted for like 2+ years. Is so easy to install and the alarm quality of the product is great and very loud. You can sinc more than one device. The range is also very decent. I actually bought another set because of how good is it.

It doesn’t have an Australian plug. You will need an adaptor which I got from local office works. It isn’t mentioned in the ad. While its inexpensive on US site its pricey for Australians. That said it does exactly what its supposed to. It has a good range, a loud bell sound and simple set up. My husband is on oxygen and very breathless he just can’t call out if I’m downstairs. This is quicker for him than calling me on the phone. This is an excellent and simple solution.

This device is FABULOUS!!
My mother lives next door. Alexa doesn’t wake her but this device does – just tested her ar 6am.
Got multiple echo devices incase I fall but I’ve no chance of those being heard by my mother if I need her. This is super outstanding. We live in a thick wall old terraced house & the walls are no barrier. I chose what I thought is the loudest noise (she’s hard of hearing) it’s the siren sound. I could freeze to death with a fracture if I fell relying on Alexa. This is amazing!!!! When I’ve pressed it to test she’s dropped in with Alexa straightaway to check I’m ok. It really is a safe lifeline. I can’t rave about his simple gadget enough! It’s amazing, I feel very safe with it around my neck. AMaZZING!!!! I’m not paid or gifted for this review….. it’s a super super gadget! I purchased the 3 year insurance also. It’s awesome!!!!!!!

I wanted a device that didn’t require a phone app or wi-fi. This works perfect from one end of the house to the other. However, my stepmom is in her horse barn for long periods of time (about 100 ft from house) and I worry about my Dad, who has several medical conditions. Unfortunately the signal would not transmit from the house to the barn. After my Dad read the instructions it stated that walls or metal(I believe) could interfere with the signal.
I highly recommend if you will be using in home. Very easy to set up, transmitter has a variety of tones to choose from, volume is adjustable and very loud and clear on the highest setting.

We brought my mom home from the hospital and she needed assistance to get in and out of bed to use the bathroom or to do anything really. These buttons were an absolute lifesaver so convenient and worked like a charm. Especially for the price!

My husband is disabled and has dementia. I live across the street from my daughter. He often falls, often in the middle of the night. Cell phones have not been real good to get people to wake up. We just got these yesterday. My husband fell in the early morning hours this morning. I went and hit the button, we decided to use three pushes for an urgent matter. And they were over almost instantly. Thank you so much and they’re so easy to set up. I put it in order for another set of them so that I can have more buttons and they can have more receivers. Thank you for this product it seems to be a really good value for the money.
