PS –
Boost high calorie adds almost 200 more calories to aid in maintaining weight. The vanilla tastes good, not as good as a milkshake but I actually looked forward to drinking it. It is a bit thicker than Boost regular and plus but that made it more like an ice cream drink. Nestle has a lot of experience with flavors and it shows in their health products. Price seems high until you consider that a bottle costs less than a meal deal at a fast food drive-thru. I did notice a California ingredient warning so I would research that a bit more if I drank the max 8 a day or intended long term use. Otherwise highly recommended.

These high protein, high calorie drinks were tasty and helped my charge put on weight after surgery and a difficult recovery. Food was still difficult and these drinks came in a very convenient size. Unlike some of the other high calorie drinks this one doesn’t have such an overpowering smell and if served chilled or even over ice they’re really quite nice. Good quality and effective. Really helps put weight back on.

I have a been dealing with gaining weight for years. I usually buy the 360 calorie boost and would have to drink about five a day but with these I have noticed an increase in weight. I have been drinking them for about 3 months. The vanilla goes down better than the chocolate, it is very thick.

It does its job, and the flavors are good (except the chocolate one. It has like a nutty aftertaste??), and they have a high protein content which is perfect for bulking. They’re a little thick so pace yourself if you’re gonna chug it. My only real gripe is that these are so damn expensive.

This is works for weight gain. Unfortunately the taste is very starchy and due to so much sugar in it all the weight gain that I got went to my stomach LOL.

These drinks will absolutely help you gain or maintain weight. If you drink 1 – 3 of these a day on top of your regular diet, you will definitely see results.
The strawberry tastes the best hands down. I typically like chocolate drinks, but the chocolate tastes gross. I couldn’t really drink those honestly, but strawberry actually tastes decently good. They taste best cold, but room temperature is fine too. They smell fine too. Smells like strawberry milk.
These are pretty high quality drinks. They’re packed with vitamins and have plenty of protein and fat in them for gaining/maintaining weight.
Ideally if you’re trying to gain weight, 3 of these a day will do it as long as you stay consistent about it. If you’re only trying to maintain I’d only have 1 or 2 a day. I believe the recommended limit is 3 a day because they have so many vitamins in them.
I managed to out back on over 30 pounds this year with these drinks. (Unfortunately I haven’t been able to stop drinking these things now and now I’m just getting fat lol we will see how far this goes)
Oh one small thing I noticed is that if you drink 1-2 of these quickly I get sleepy. I don’t know why.

if you have neurodivergence, an ed, trouble chewing, anxiety, any reason u struggle eating meals… these are my saving grace! they really work and strawberry tastes great. they are a bit thick but good cold and only 8oz so u can easily chug it. they coat ur stomach when you can’t eat and help avoid that sick empty stomach feeling u get from avoiding food all day. I love these things.

These are a fast and easy way to get a good chunk of calories in your day. They go down quick and easy and for me, taste like a delicious chocolate/peanut butter drink. The 530 calories actually make me feel full and keeps me satiated for several hours, so my body seems to accept this as a “meal”. If you are underweight due to malnutrition caused by digestive disorders, these may help you, diet restrictions permitting.
