We ordered this fireproof accordion file organizer to replace our old non- fireproof organizer, and my wife says that’s truly a game-changer for keeping our documents safe and well organized. She says that she likes that the material is impressively sturdy and durable, giving us peace of mind that our most important documents are protected in case of any fire outbreak at home or at our office. Since we carry these documents everywhere, we needed an organizer that could withstand both water and heat as well. We do like that the fireproof and waterproof design offers reliable protection as we have been using it for several months now, making it ideal for preserving documents like contracts, IDs, and certificates and our employees and business associate’s documentation. Another thing, we do like that the tabs make it easy to sort and quickly locate what we need to, and the zippers do an excellent job of securely holding everything in place. My only critique is the lack of a handle, which would make it even easier to carry around. Overall, this is a fantastic product that I’d highly recommend for anyone looking to keep their important documents safe.

Pros:
1) Nice and slick.
2) Good size – fits most sizes of paper that I use
3) It is fireproof but see con 1
4) The zipper is sturdy. This is one of the main things I like actually. I have come across too many products where the zipper is bad. Not this one. Definitely a plus in my book.
Cons:
1) In the main image you can see a streak on the folder. This is an area I tested the folder with a flame for several seconds. The papers within were not burnt but the folder did take some damage. It also gave off an oily type odor.

The photographs showed what I thought was a hard sided case, bu it is not. The sides are made of fireproof fabric. Still a very nice bag – it is well made using superior materials – very smart styling.

This fireproof “box” is a great way to store all your important papers in an easy to grab way for emergency evacuations. Same silicone costed material I have owned in other fireproof bags, which is heat resistant and well made, but NOT solid as the photos appear. I like the pliable bag like material which can be compressed as needed for storage. The lock is a little tough to click the zippers into, but it works nonetheless and is a great added feature to prevent quick access. Bright reflective stripe and secure handle are great for emergencies. The zipper has a water resistant cover that closes over the zipper to create a tight seal, this would certainly withstand water and protect from rain/floods if it floated, but if fully submerged water would slowly penetrate. Great value for fire protection and general emergencies!

I’ve been using the document folder for a short time now. I don’t have many complaints about the folder/box. A minor quibble is the feel. I know it’s because of the waterproofing and fire resistance, but it just has a slightly off putting tactile sensation. My fingers can’t decide if it’s sticky or oily or somewhere between. That might just be personal. My other quibble is the accordion file folder inside. It’s held in place with a hook and loop (Velcro like) on top of a more secured document pocket. I personally would have liked both of document containers to be fully secured. The accordion file folder itself has a good number of slots inside to organize different documents and zips close to hold the documents in place. The over all dimensions are good for holding a variety of moderately bulky items and there are plenty of pockets for holding cards, passports, or other small documents. The exterior zipper appears to be nicely water resistant. I didn’t test for fire resistance so can’t comment there.
Except for the personal picky points, I’m happy to have this and am using to secure important estate planning documents that need to be protected or can be grabbed in a hurry if needed. I don’t travel so the strap to hold it to ones luggage I haven’t tested for ease of use or durability. I do like, though, the reflective strip on the one side that will help make it stand out in the dark with a flashlight.
